📘 Terms of Service – BWP Photography

Welcome to BWP Photography, based in Auckland, New Zealand. By using our services or purchasing through our Pixieset store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients engaging with BWP Photography for digital image purchases, custom edits, and related services.

1. Services Provided

BWP Photography offers equestrian event photography. Clients may purchase high-resolution edited digital images via our online gallery. Optional custom edits are available and must be requested by forwarding your confirmation email to brya.wallace@outlook.com.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed and paid for directly through our online Pixieset store. Payment is required at checkout. Once your order is placed, it will be delivered within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise specified. All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.

3. Custom Edits

Custom edit requests must be purchased as an additional product at checkout. After purchasing, please forward your order confirmation email and describe your desired edits clearly to brya.wallace@outlook.com. Edits include changes such as black and white conversions, object removal, or other specific adjustments.

4. Delivery

Images are delivered digitally. You will receive an email once your order has been edited and fulfilled. Images will not be sent automatically; BWP Photography reviews and finalises all orders manually to ensure quality.

5. Refunds & Re-edits

Refunds or re-edits are available within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the final result. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund or re-edit is requested, please reply to your original confirmation email and include the reason for your request.

6. Ownership & Usage

BWP Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all photographs. By purchasing a digital image, you are granted a personal-use license only, as outlined in our Digital Image License. You may share your image on social media (with credit appreciated), and you may print it for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or editing (e.g., cropping, filters) is not permitted without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

All personal data collected during checkout is handled securely via Pixieset and used solely for order fulfillment or direct communication related to your purchase. Please see our full Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitations

BWP Photography does not currently offer private photoshoots or booking services. Services are limited to publicly photographed equestrian events and delivery of associated digital products.
